As a registered yoga instructor, Val will guide you through safe and effective yoga positions and practices to enhance your health and well-being. For thousands of years, yogis have developed thorough self-care routines. You will learn to support all systems of your body and function optimally in your body, mind, and spirit. Throughout our sessions we will establish a personalized yoga sequence you can perform at home to ensure you continue to experience the amazing benefits of yoga.
