“Yoga is 99% practice and 1% theory”
—K Pattabhi Jois
Yoga unites the body, mind, and spirit. Through mindful, breath-focused movement, yoga can promote healing, alleviate pain, improve mood, heighten confidence, and increase wellbeing. Yoga transforms lives through developing inner peace, which permeates into everyday activities. The Trail PT is dedicated to supporting anyone who is interested in developing a yoga practice, or deepening their current practice. We can integrate yoga into your therapy as much (or as little) as you prefer.
As a registered yoga instructor, Val will guide you through safe and effective yoga positions and practices to enhance your health and well-being. For thousands of years, yogis have developed thorough self-care routines. You will learn to support all systems of your body and function optimally in your body, mind, and spirit. Throughout our sessions we will establish a personalized yoga sequence you can perform at home to ensure you continue to experience the amazing benefits of yoga.
